Over the last several years, I’ve worked at leading UK agencies, delivered award-winning SEO campaigns, and supported companies of all sizes — from global names to local independents. My journey into digital started straight out of university, when I built a website for my family’s interior design business. That project sparked everything — once the site was live, I quickly realised the power of SEO. After learning how to optimise their website, we saw a huge improvement in performance: more visibility, more local traffic, and a real digital presence that genuinely moved the needle. That early success showed me how impactful a strong online footprint can be for small businesses.
From there, I landed a role at a respected development agency in Manchester, working in digital marketing while continuing to design websites on the side. When COVID hit, I moved into a dedicated SEO position at MediaCom, one of the largest agencies in the world. There, I managed SEO for major brands across both e-commerce and lead-generation — developing strategies that resulted in multiple SEO awards for the work I delivered.
I later stepped into a senior SEO role at another leading Manchester agency, working closely with both big and small businesses alongside some of the top minds in the SEO industry. Those years gave me deeper experience across technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, CRO, site migrations, and complex website builds.
Today, I continue my career while offering freelance SEO and web design services to businesses that want clear, honest support without the noise. My goal is simple: bring the same level of expertise I’ve used for major brands and apply it to smaller businesses that deserve great results without agency-sized retainers.
